The Problem
Most social media management is content without strategy. Someone posts three times a week because that’s what the contract says. Stock photos with motivational quotes. Holiday posts nobody asked for. Engagement pods gaming the algorithm.
The reports look fine. Follower count is up. Engagement rate is “within industry benchmarks.” But ask whether any of it drove revenue and you get silence.
Social media can build your brand. It can drive traffic. It can generate leads. But only if it’s connected to strategy. Only if the content serves a purpose beyond filling a calendar.
